Order, Delivery and Cancellation within the UK

We provide free delivery on all orders in the UK with Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery service. If you need any other delivery service, please contact our customer services for more details before your order is dispatched. You might be charged extra for the delivery service requested. Please note that we might not be able to provide some of the delivery services.

All orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours after payment has been processed. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been dispatched.

Orders normally take 3-5 working days to reach our customers in the UK after they are dispatched. Please contact us for an update if you do not receive your order after 7 working days.
International Order and Return
For all orders outside the UK, Please contact our customer services for the delivery options and return policy before placing your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

Return and Refund within the UK

If you need to return your order for any reason, please kindly do so within 30 days of the order being placed. Returns after the 30 day period will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the cost and the safe delivery of the return. We do not offer free return unless we agree with you in advance.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

The refund will be issued as soon as the return is received and checked. Refund can only be made to the account which is used to make the original payment. Refunds may take a few working days to reach your account.
